What is everyone using for Exchange Email??

I am looking to set-up my work email on my MAXX, I tried the Email app but it seems to want to use more power/battery then my Gmail app with 3 accounts.

I dont get a bunch of email but would like to have access now that I can ( current company allows it for me). If I turn off the push notification where do I set the calendar/contact sync times/refresh?

Or is there a better app I should be checking out

K-9 Mail is always a good option. It's one of my go-to email apps.

FWIW: I'm using the standard Email app for work exchange email with no issues. I'm using Automatic (Push) frequency without any issues -- thanks to the Maxx's absurdly huge battery. I had thought to restrict that to less frequently, but didn't notice any significant impact in a very informal test over a couple of days.

I'm using Touchdown, because I wanted better functionality, and I wanted to be able to sync my Exchange Tasks.

It is very good, but not perfect. Overall, I am pretty satisfied. AFAIK, it supports all versions of Exchange, since that's their bread and butter. We're on Exchange 2010, and it works well. There is a small issue with editing instances of Recurring Appointments, but hopefully they're working on that.

I have no idea how good or bad Touchdown is with power requirements. I've got a Razr Maxx, and one of the things I love about this phone is I DON'T HAVE TO BABY THE BATTERY!!!
