Root Soft Brick? Help me out plz?

Hey guys, I recently rooted my phone, and I was installing fonts (using JRummy's app). When I rebooted, it got stuck on the ZTE screen. I wasn't flashing roms, so I don't have CWM installed, although I CAN get to the FTM screen and the Stock Recovery.

I've tried using the Software Update Tool, but holy balls it takes a while to start up... everything about it is slow as hell!

I also tried Junkie's AIO tool to install CWM and a custom ROM, but that doesn't work. It says "Process took too long, Check Drivers" when I check drivers, nothing pops up. WTF?!? I've tried two computers, different USB cables, and have installed drivers multiple times. I'm getting quite tired of this, anyone care to help me out?

If you have adb enabled on your device, it is possible you can connect from the zte boot screen. If you do not have it enabled, it will be very difficult to enable it since you can't boot to android.

Install adb in windows, open cmd.exe in windows, type "adb devices". If your phone shows up, we can get you sorted out.

If you can't get to adb, the update tool is your best bet. However, since you didn't root or install custom recovery you should be able to send it to zte for repair.

It is rooted, it just doesn't have a custom recovery, so I'm trying to get the Update Tool to work... now it just doesn't download the update... stays stuck at 0%.... this sucks.

the update tool is your best bet... the fact that it doesn't download may be due to malware on your pc or a slow internet connection.. but if your phone is capable of FTM mode it is the way to go. But SuperR had a point tho, if your phone is rooted, which method did you use to root it? you should have adb enabled on your phone unless you performed a factory reset in your stock recovery in a attempt to repair your phone... when the boost mobile boot animation comes up you should have access to adb... and if you do, you can use junkie's tool to flash custom recovery and from there just flash over a custom rom and solve the problem in a much cooler way:)

The download tool eventually worked. At first it was taking like a half hour to start up and do ANYTHING So I was like f this and I went to go chill with my bros. I got back and booted up my PC and started the software and it took less than a minute to startup and said something about updating the application so I updated and it all worked after that. I rooted and installed CWM made like five backups and installed SupeR's rom.
