I received my T-Mobile G1 with Android on October 20th. As per the G1 launch event, I thought PacMan was going to be included. It isn't on the phone or available in the Android Marketplace.

The G1 launches tomorrow, Oct. 22.
That's when it will be available in stores... I plan on picking one up myself.
I'd figure that if not tomorrow, soon after apps. will begin to repopulate the Android Marketplace.
Developers needed to assign certifications and perform other requirements which, from what I heard, Google let slide prior to the launch. Now (well, tomorrow) that the G1 is officially launched, they're cracking down on developers to complete all necessary items for their apps.

I hope they dont remove it for good. I was really looking forward to this app. I played a lot of pacman on my blackberry. PACMAN - where are you?

WTF? I tried to download pacman and it says denied need to purchase it! Is it free or not? Why was it free to some people and not others?

That is weird it doesn't let me dowload it! If you look at the reviews I am not the only one having problem.

Was able to download it this morning, must have been some kind of glich. It is a nice game kinda hard but that makes it the more challenging.

Yup. They must have put it up a little later in the day. I have it now. Accelerometer mode = cool yet not so useful.
