Root Newbie updating to 4.4

Hi, I'd like some help updating my N7 to 4.4 (from 4.3). I'm a pretty much a newbie at this, yet somehow managed to update from 4.2.2 (I think) to 4.3 following a guide on here or XDA (can't remember).

Anyway I used the Wug's Toolkit to do so (4.2.2 -> 4.3) successfully and now I'd like to upgrade to 4.4 and root it as well.

Could someone point me in the correct direction?

Edit...

Just throwing out some stuff here, perhaps someone could let me know if I'm thinking along the right lines. I did flash a custom recovery (TWRP) when I first rooted. Do I now have to restore the Stock Recovery (using the NRT's Advanced Utilities) before I can flash 4.4, (or install it via the OTA update)?

Also how do I do all of this without losing any of my data (and without necessarily having to backup)? Pretty sure I did that when moving from 4.2.2 to 4.3.

1) I don't know if you can do this OTA without reverting to stock first.

2) ALWAYS assume that you're going to lose ALL your data. Back up and make a backup of the backup. (If you back up to an SD card that goes bad just before you need to restore, you'll feel pretty bad.)

3) I've been updating operating systems since CP/M 1.4, and I've NEVER updated as soon as an update came out. There's a bug in any software longer than 10 lines. I'd wait until everyone else cried about their bricked phones before I'd think of updating.
