Rooted my phone and installed CM10 ... did some changes to the Network setting (in my case setting it to global) when I tried to change it to default the app will crash and didn't allow me to change it.

I went back to the stock MetroPCS .... EvDo was the only internet signal I was getting.

This is how I got it back

1- Go To
http://www.whiterabbit.org/android/
Type your IMEI and get your MetroPCS MSL

2- Dial ##626* and when promted enter your MetroPCS MSL PIN

3- Click Network Select-->Network Mode (and click again on it)

4- Choose CDMA+LTE/EvDo auto

Your Phone should show 4G

Thanks to Gman9831 for many of this solution was from his post here

Why is it I can't get the ##626 menu everyone else seems to get. I only get below pic. I have to use 3845#*770# "no msl/spc needed" to get to the hidden menu. And some settings don't work like :set test environment: in EFC test. Also lgservicemenu won't accept my MSL, but ##626 will, it appears as below picture, how does that happen? I'm on stock rooted.

Excuse me i tried this with my lg motion on MetroPCS and still no 4g, yes i am rooted, so should i remove my root, will it work then?

does your area have a 4G coverage ... check the map. (Make sure you double check the coloring code)
:
Unlimited Wireless Service | MetroPCS

If you are covered is it only your phone or other phones in the area

If it's you phone only get it replaced at a MetroPCS Corporate store for a new one or let them try to get the 4G on (they have more resource than regular stores)
