Android's equivalent of podcast ASOT

Hi all,
I am considering buying a GS4 or HTC one as music is important to me. I read that both these android devices have good audio quality with headphones.

However before I make the switch, I wanted to know is ASOT (armin's podcast) available for download in android podcasts? ASOT is the official podcast in iTunes for weekly trance radio show.

I noticed beyond pod has ASOT however I am not sure if it is available for download or just streaming. If someone could tell me I would really appreciate it.

Yes. All you need to know is the RSS URL for ASOT and put that into your choice of podcast manager. You may find that it is already available through many of these podcast managers but they almost all have a way to add a feed manually.

Or for Syncing iTunes music by playlist, artist, and podcast channels - iSyncr is one of the better apps/programs to manage files. There are several of these around but the native Samsung way of syncing music through Kies is pretty lame. ISyncr is set and forget whatever is updated in iTunes will sync to your phone over usb or wifi and also back sync new mp3 files into iTunes if you wish.

fdbryant, rss feeds is only a streaming option correct? What if I needed to download the podcasts onto my device?

DaveSyd, I will try your suggestion out.

BTW I sent my nexus5 back. I have not updated my profile yet. There were some serious issues with the audio quality even with headphones/aux cables (forget the speakers). Now I am looking into sIV.

No. If you add a podcast through the rss feed manually, you will be able to download or stream like any other podcast in your library.
