Samsung Galaxy S4 on T-mobile.

Long story short, I got a fail error when flashing a rom using odin. Phone wouldnt boot so I did a reboot into TWRP and tried to restore from my nandroid backup on my SD card. (This Recovery is the latest update with root and nothing more) However I keep getting stuck at the tmobile 4g lte screen.

I have also tried using odin in download mode to flash a stock rom, but it keeps giving me a fail error (even after a factory reset and wipe)

Any help such as narrowing down what the real issue is or an overall fix would be great. Thanks for the help.

Heres the odin output when i try to flash the stock rom
