So I'm an idiot or either it was really late..ya we'll go with that . Anyways I tripped Knox after weeks of having my new note and first Android. I guess what I want to know I how should I proceed at this point? I don't need ss anymore so do I just install twrp and flash my new rom? Thanks.

This is an excellent question. I have not tripped Knox yet, but my understanding is that it's simply a warranty issue, not a performance issue.
Basically.. If you have a developer edition, you can simply move on and ignore Knox. Install whatever you would normally.. If you have a retail version you still have a locked bootloader... And can use SS ... But the warranty would be voided... No replacements.
Are you using any Knox functions in your daily life? If not.. Doesn't matter that it's tripped.

The thing that I don't understand is the lengths Samsung has gone to improve Knox.
When you go into Verizon and you switch out phones with Verizon Edge or even just to get a repair, the sales rep literally just takes your phone to the back and gives you a new one.
I don't know if this is just my experience, but they don't seem to give a dam if it's tripped or not. I told the rep flat out when i traded in my GNex for the Note 3 that it was unlocked and had a custom ROM on it, and he was like, well I didn't hear anything, here's your Note 3.
They seem to be more interested in their commission than trying to bust you for messing up your device.
