Paying for App on BlueStacks and moving to Incompatible Device

There's an app called "Zombies, Run!" that I found online and wanted to try and for 3 bucks I didn't mind paying however it's incompatible with my device. (Coby MID7065) So I found the APK online and installed it to try it and I love it. So much that I really want to buy it in support of the developer and so I can also buy the season pass in app purchase and get all the missions. My question is can I pay for and download the app in BlueStacks and then using the method described here

Bluestacks as a repository of apps for sideloading onto an Android device with no Play access...

to move the app to my tablet then use the in app purchase? Or perhaps make the purchase in BlueStacks then move the app, would that register on my device so I can do the downloads. Any thoughts? Or perhaps an alternate way to pay for the app and get it on my tablet.

It's not going to be an issue. I was having trouble with the tablet being buggy and it got to the point where I wanted to return it, but Coby it seems no longer exists and took warranties with them. Thankfully Amazon is going to give me a refund and I'm going to put it toward a Nexus 7 which should be compatible. (I'm still emailing them to check) Thanks for your reply.
