I have been using viber for quite a while on my android phone and have been quite happy with it. Recently I installed viber on my pc and initially it worked but after that each time I would try to use it on pc it would keep asking if I had it installed on phone. It then took me through to play store where it showed it as installed. But no further facility to actually use it on pc. I uninstalled other devices on play to avoid confusion but made no difference. I would appreciate any advice or observations.
