Help Need help with phone turning on

Hey guys. I got LG Optimus L3 II E430 and just got stuck today. First of all i was using kdz upd to get better rom. So i wasn't happy with that rom which i got because there was E425. Secondly i though why i don't install cynogenmod so i tryied to get it via rom manager with clockworkmod recovery and when my phone rebooted it had screen like this.

Can't upload photo of it because im new.

I can't enter recovery mode.
I can't turn on phone. (I even don't see LG logo)
I only can enter download mode.

Hi,
Are you sure you tried to enter the recovery mode in a right way?!

Like this:

Remove battery from the phone;
Put it back (but do not switch on!);
Push buttons: Volume Down + Home + Power simultaneously;
When the phone vibrates, immediately release the buttons ! This is very important!
The phone will start the hard reset: you'll see the Android logo, and your phone will load the original factory settings.
