Google Play is painfully slow like 20-50kb/s on wifi yet using 3g i get like 400+KB/s how can i fix this so my wifi is faster i dont have super highspeed internet but i should get at least 300kb/s like i do everything else i have satellite internet sadly its my only option. OR is there a way i can download apps from google play on my pc woth out using that apk downloader site or chrome extension i wanna download some app a BOUGHT it like steam sales i buy apps when on sale for $1 and now i have a bunch i wanna play but i only have a 10GB phone plan :eek:

If you have 300kbps Internet/WiFi service available, then your phone should be able to download at 300kbs via WiFi. If not, then there is something wrong with your phone. Try restarting and perhaps killing any applications that my be bogging down the memory or CPU.

I know of no way to download apps from the Play Store to a PC.

This is NOT a solution, but...

If the connection speed is an issue that you cannot figure out, you can go online to Google Play and select apps to install and it will send them to your phone. You could do this prior to going to bed and let it download over WiFi while you sleep.

Obviously, this isn't an answer to your issue, but it could provide a work around until you find an answer.
