Hey guys, i'm back! I'm here and I'd like to say that i'm thinking of making a modded stock rom for teh Motion :3 I have some ideas in mind, but I also want user input, what would you guys like to see? Do you guys even use teh Motion any moar? I was also thinking of attempting to grab teh prop blobs from teh motion and try to make kitkat...

Thanks bro! I'm thinking of doing a kitkat theme and splashing in some Xposed modules and other nice mods. I want this to be like OA for the Admire, smooth, nice battery, and snappy. I'm thinking of adding a CM10 version with Aroma Installer

I hope the Motion isn't too dead yet lol, I have a rom or two coming

So where ya been? It is fairly slow around here. I'm going to be leaving in a short bit and going to the Moto G (although, I will still be keeping my Motion around, and my wife will still be using hers).

A new modded stock ROM would be nice.

Alcatel One Touch, Huawai Valiant, Optimus L9, F3($49), Samsung Exhibit, all have jelly bean, hell even the Kyocera has jb... The L9 has a lot of development but I'd probably stay away from it because it's a pain in the d!ck, and the F3 is getting more and is a better phone. I dont know much about the others, but y'all have many options. I'm no longer on metro but it's a damn good deal to get you off cdma.

the alcatel has a locked bootloader, the exhibit should have a decent cm going for it, ldrifta was talking about it all on irc but i didnt catch most of the conversation.

of those the f3 is the best to get due to chipset though, perhaps not so much regarding development...

I am thinking about it, but I need to find teh prop blobs for teh Motion... I know of some JB prop blobs, but I'm not sure if those blobs could be used to compile KK...

btw, if I can get those blobs to work (or get required blobs), would you guys want AOSP or CM11?

No promises on KK though, because I need to see if I can even compile it, and if I can, we'd need to see if it'd even boot lel

Well, i asked Mazda if he and team dirt could help us with this problem (with 4.2.x), but it's been a while since i last heard from him.

And i don't think it matters on whether you build cm11 or aosp, id be happy with either. But if anything, you should probably try to get at least cm 10.1 to work properly first...
