Help Cricket Huawei Mercury M886 warning for replacing!

So I turned in my Mercury for a replacement and guess what, the new one (refurbished i think) looked nice and shiny, not only did not even fix my issue (which I am not gonna go into :)- ) but guess what? I see why it was returned or refurbished and packaged into a new one. I was the unsuspecting victim. The camera in the "new" phone is horrible, it is like 5 times worse then the one I sent in, my question is should I take it back and pay $10 again or you think they will let me return it twice...has anyone returned it twice with no issues?

If the replacement phone has issues I would definitely raise hell about it. I'm surprised they even have any Mercury replacements left. Maybe if you are persistent enough they will give you a newer phone.

They have to replace it with a comperable or better phone. If they mention money, start muttering about "larceny by fraud" and your local district attorney's name - full name, first and last, as if you play golf with the guy. If AT&T can stand by their refurbs with an apology for the 5 minute drive it cost me, cricket can at least replace the phone with no comments.

It's not just that. AT&T replaced a Note 3 that got killed by an OTA. Took a few days, no refurbs, so I had to wait for them to send me a new one. That one bricked - and they apologized for their bad. And this isn't "Joes cellphone store", trying to keep my business - this is Chachingular (currently known as AT&T Mobility), who wouldn't notice if half of this city never used them again. But they still care that one old man got a bad replacement phone.
