Good HeadPhones/EarBuds For My Note 3?

I cheked some of them but if i understood you correctly. the only headphones that give me full remote functions are the Sennheiser?

Those cheap Samsung knock offs will give you a full functionality, they are just like the original Note2/Note3/S4 headphones, but the sound quality is not that great.

If you really want to have a volume control and wired headphones, the options are limited. With wireless bt headphones - they all will work with a full set of controls. With wired, you can go with a cheap knock off and poor sound quality. Or you can wait for Sennheiser MM30G which I have a feeling might be on a pricey side, as it was noted in UK pre-orders, could be close to $70/$80. Another option is Senns MM70S, which I have reviewed before, with a volume slider. This way volume control is universal but you don't have a digital volume up/down and instead "analog" volume slider.

Another option, if you have something like Shure SE215 ($100) with a removable cable, you can order for $20 a replacement cable with Galaxy controls (I reviewed replacement cable in my UE900 review). But in that case you are spending more money, so might as well stick with Senns.

Bottom line, you need to figure out if volume control is really that important to you? How often do you change the volume? You know multi-function button will work for play/pause/call, double-click to skip track, and long press for Google NOW. You will just have to live with controlling volume from your phone.

I have the tone + BT headset. Have had them for a little over 2 months now and were working great up until 2 days ago. I can make calls with them but when I try to listen to music it comes from the phones speaker not the headset. I've tried rebooting, impairing and re-pairing, turning the headset off and on, and even calling LG customer support. Which all they want me to do is send it to them so all they will do is throw it in a pile to be refurbished and send me new ones. I wouldn't mind that but who's to say this issue won't happen again. Does anybody know of anything I can do to fix this issue without having to wait for LG to send me another headset?

Did you check in the bt settings, to make sure that the media audio hadn't been un-checked? I'm referring to the settings on the Note 3, obviously. To get to those quickly, after you've conntected your Tone+, just hold down on the BT toggle in the notification bar, click on the settings cog to the right of your LG Tone+ Name identifier, then there should be a box radial for phone audio and media audio

Me personally, the only headphones I've used with my Galaxy 4 and now current Note 3 has been the LG 730. I'm a Motorcycle Police Officer hear in Miami and heading in to and from work riding my Harley Davidson, I gotta admit using Poweramp app w/eq settings and the LG 730, the headphones are a beast. Everyone have there opinions but I have no bluetooth disconnect issues.

Yeah, I probably wouldn't have paid full price for it but when Amazon loaded me up with $65 in promotional credit I had to pull the trigger. I kept losing the jawbone' and blue ants so I figured this would be harder to lose and the speaker actually works as others can hear me clearly. Now that I've play with it for a couple days it probably is worth the full price.

I've become so obsessed with bluetooth headsets, it's not even funny. The other headset I've been waiting on (and not really sure if they'll ever release) are the ones that were supposed to release for the Qualcomm Toq. From what I was reading, they should have been able to work independently from the Toq.

The concept of having 2 separate wireless components, probably has delayed (if not killed) the possibility of them actually releasing, but should they never be made available, I'll likely give the Jaybirds a go at some point (unless, someone else comes up with something like the Qualcomm Toq headsets).

For those that are intrigued by what I'm referring to, here is a direct link to what is supposed to be available at some point, through Qualcomm:

I purchased these from Amazon and they are simply amazing. Sound reproduction is excellent and they fit really well.
Sure they don't have a volume rocker but they do allow control of call connections and starting and stopping playing of music, etc.
So far I'm really impressed. They come with 6 sets of a variety of ear tips and they fit really well.
Love them.
