ATT non-KItKat update today?

So, here is a screen capture post update. The only thing I see that may have updated is the 'Kernel'.
So far, not behavior issue to report, but it has just barely finished the update.
I'll keep you posted as the day goes on.

Still nothing :(

Now it says I am not allowed to check for another 15 hours.

Wow these carriers do go to town don't they, the guys that didn't want to update their Note 2 to 4.3 software were constantly reminded over and over, to the point that it became a pain in the @$$. Now if you actually 'want' to update your Note 3 you can only check a limited amount of times lol.

This has been standard on Samsung phones since the Galaxy S (1), it has nothing to do with the Note 3.

If you're up to date they don't want you clogging the networks checking every 15 minutes.

As far as the KK update being done over Kies, that would be an illegal tie-in - it would require you to have a computer to get the update (or download Kies Air, which is also an illegal tie-in.) It will be done over the air, the same as all updates and, unfortunately, I don't think we'll be given the option of installing it or not. (If we are, mine doesn't get installed until at least a few months with no screams go by. I'm a VERY late adopter - I let everyone else take he risk.)
