touchless control

Hi, I've just picked up my Moto X and when trying to set up touchless control it keeps saying "sorry, training can't be completed while the phone is playing music, please stop music playback and try again later"

But I'm not playing music and don't have any on the phone.

Please help

How did you do it? I am having the same problem. It would be my first time to set up and keep getting:

"sorry, training can't be completed while the phone is playing music. Please stop music playback and try again later"

Sorry I can't remember, its been a while but I think it just sorted itself out, somehow!

Wild guess here...

Settings -> Language & input -> Voice Search (in SPEECH section) -> remove checkbox for "Bluetooth headset"

Again, just a guess.
