Root Should I spend the money to switch fro th OG Warp to the new Warp 4g lte?

You won't regret it!!!

This phone runs circles around the OG Warp.... and it hasn't even been tweaked yet.
ZTE has come a long way

I'm just tired of things not working. My reception sucks, I can't hear ANYTHING! It's been a good phone, but the reception, and volume issues have just burnt me out. And if I want JB, and Android 4.?? (whatever), I'm tired if all the glitches. The dev's have been GREAT! But I thinks it's time to move on.

OK, I'm rooted, I can not install CWM or Philz to save my life. I'm not too familiar with adb so I'm gonna need some help. I went to the command prompt and typed ADB, and a bunch of stuff scrolled down the screen, and now I'm back at C:\users\Scott Bolden>, now what do I do?
I'm off to work right now, be back later. I would appreciate any help.

I used Terminal Emulator (if you don't have it download the app).

As per Junkie's instructions:
http://androidforums.com/boost-mobi...t/786240-recovery-clockworkmod-6-0-3-7-a.html

to install, put the recovery image on the root of your sd card. that means straight on the card no folders

you will then need to make sure you are rooted and get either terminal emulator on the phone or an adb connection

command, for terminal emulator just start it up

then type the following two commands

Code:
su
dd if=/sdcard/warplte_cwm.img of=/dev/block/mmcblk0p16

Edit: I put cwm.img on phone sd card, did the terminal command, and now have cwm! :) Like I said, it's a lil different than the warp, and I have to learn more about terminal commands. But I have CWM now! :)
