Help Note 3 back from repair. Home button remapped!

Hey guys!

I just got my Note 3 back from repair (it would not charge, all of a sudden).
Now when i started it, the home-button is now remapped to settings/menu - so the home button and the left hw button is doing exactly the same.

The recipt said "software update", but its still 4.3.

How can i fix this, any ideas?

Well, thats what im afraid of. I cant take another two week without it!

Who/where was your N3 repaired?
Why would it take two weeks to call them and ask what's up?

No phone support. But i sent them an email. Ill know more early next week i guess.
I just figured it must be a setting somewhere, but i cant find it.

Why are you refusing to tell us where/who repaired your phone, please tell.

Oh, no. No refusement at all.
Im from norway, so i doubt you've heard of them.
They are called mCare

my N3 has been having trouble charging ......did the people who helped you with your phone happen to mention why your N3 was not charging

Update.

To the questions first: yes, i tried factory reset, and today i also got a software update. No luck.

The following letter said they changed a part in the phone.

They replied to my mail with the following: we do not have support for end users, contact the store.

Yay to that support!

So i will contact they tomorrow.

Why in the world would you take your new $800 device to that little repair shack?
Why would you NOT bring it back to where you got it, (1 yr warranty remember) ???
