Where do SMS Text Messages go?

So I received a text message from someone not in my contact list. The sms came from someone that said ##########@vtext.com. I didn't know who it was and responded who are you. Now I realized who it is before they responded back and want to text that number again but have no idea how to find that text.

Anyone have any idea how to view texts that are not attached to a contact or even review all texts for that matter?

Should just be able to check your notification bar (drag thumb from top bar, where signal strength/battery icons are, and drag down. Or check all messages from app drawer (icon left of "phone") and hit the "messages" app. Hope I understood what you were asking for correctly.

Just go to the messages app, and that text should be there.

Nice. So I went to the Messages App (I'm going to put it on my home screen now) and then clicked menu and selected All Messages so I can see all the SMS/MMS messages. This is exactly what I was looking for.
