Root [Virgin Mobile] Official LiquidSmooth Nightlies!!

I was having GPS location oddities in Waze on LS 3/18 with Quantum Kernel.

I reverted to LS 3/13 and DKP Kernel. Today I made it to work without any odditites with Waze. No random reboot, no misplacement on the map, no telling me that I'm at my destination before I'm there. It's only one day, but so far it's great. I hope it continues.

Seems Liquid is becoming pretty buggy. I may have to switch for a short while.

Edit:

If you are having reboot issues - check your kernel settings first. The Governor and I/O Scheduler may not play nice together. Im gonna test that first before moving on.

Im trying interactive and may SIO or ROW since they have been around a while and relatively stable.

Hi strangers, been a while. Updated to 4/03 last night, still as good as it always has been. Using stock Deathly kernel and whatnot. Cubic TCP, Interactive/Row, using default close speeds and default most all around. Haven't had reboot issues since the new kernel and defaulting my kernel settings

I tell you what, Liquid has become like an addiction, I can barely test flash any other ROM without feeling a need shortly thereafter to restore my most recent backup of LS. Running 3/15 build because I like the option to use the AOSB recents, and everything is working flawlessly, including trying various kernel combinations. Quantum, dkp, lean, and latest Majestic (1.09) all are confirmed working on my end, no weird reboots or lag. Also no data issues, virtually instant handoffs between WiFi, LTE, and 3G. SMS and MMS working great on Hangouts. Zero complaints right now, this ROM is what every other ROM should aspire to be.

I can relate, Struckn! I have become that way with AICP. I finally got voice mail to work with it today. That was starting to become an inconvenience.

I just downloaded the newest nightly for LS. I am going to have to give it a try sometime this weekend. It has been about a month since I used it. I was hooked on it and for some reason I switched to AICP. Don't remember why I did it. Lol.

AICP is real nice, for sure. I really like that one, Beanstalk, and Vanir as alternatives to LS.

Lots of changes to LiquidSmooth build for 4/6/2014, please read this post from Sean Hoyt (owner of the LS Google+ community). Main thing is a clean flash is going to be required, so as always make sure to have a backup of whatever prior version you are running that works well for you. Also, there are two builds for d2lte for 4/6/2014, the one that can't be dirty flashed has a (2) in the title. Happy flashing!

I would assume the updater goes chronologically, so you are probably going to get the first build for 4/6, prior to all the main changes. I don't know if the update will then recognize the (2) build after you do the first one. I don't ever use the OTA myself, I prefer to download on my laptop, make my personal changes, then transfer to the phone. Would probably be a good idea to do so on this version, is my best guess.
