Question about in-call pictures

Wife and I got S5s yesterday. We both upgraded from S3. One thing my wife HATES is that the photo that shows your contact when on a call is tiny with a big out of focus version of the same photo behind. Is there any way to blow up the contact pic and get rid of the artsy blur?

We also noticed that the speaker phone volume is pretty poor. Any fix tothat?

I'm curious on this too. Have had the phone for a few weeks now and I'm pretty sure the whole pop-up picture came up until recently. Now mine is the same. Small clear picture with a much larger blurred picture filling up the space.

I found this too. I deleted them since they were from an older phone that saved to the contacts. Try deleting them then taking a new photo. Or if you sync with facebook the pictures come in full size and clear

Just replace the picture with the same one. Or other. and it will expand big again.. this happens when you have transfered your contacts from another phone and the picture file shrinks.

Did that. Unfortunately many old pics are gone, but they needed updating anyway. Problem solved! Thanks!

I never had pix on contacts before.

I just selected a picture from the Gallery which did not have anything I wanted to use.

So, I hooked up to the Desktop pc and moved my photos over into the DCIM/Camera folder and walah! there they are.

Full size photos on a conversation look great.
