Root [Virgin Mobile] Random Messages won't send and limited data

Does anyone else have the problem of messages just no sending sometimes? It's only certain ones, I can type a different message and send it to them, but not the one I initially try to send. Also now I'm getting throttled, when I have only used 800mb of data is this happening to anyone else?

What ROM are you on? As far as throttling goes, you may need to work that out with a VM rep.

Alright I'm back from vacation lol, I talked to vm they said more people needed to call in about it of something. I'm on liquid smooth latest update 5/6 I think. Philz is my recovery btw

I think I have the messaging problem you have. I'm on carbon ROM and have experienced the problem on Cyanogen MOD as well. It appears to me that a message will not send when it contains a certain number of characters. Not sure how many characters though.
