Running the 5/6 nightly and I've noticed speaker volume is ridiculously low. Has anyone discovered a fix for this?

There are those voulem mods on xda to increase voulem by different levels there under themes and mods

My phone gets extremely hot on this ROM at certain times also my battery is terrible . Sad Cuz I'd like to stay as this ROM is unbelievable otherwise. Gotta try out TW I guess blah.

Mine did to when I ran it.Try out C-Rom its pretty smooth.

Well glad its not just my phone or battery then. Do you have a link? I'm currently downloading a couple TW Roms and cm11. I'll give C rom a try too though.

I been running LS 5-6-2014 for about a week now with none of these problems are you guys over clocking and what kernel are you using I'm using the one that is stock with the rom

Nope no over clocking or anything for me. Did flash a custom kernel once but the ROM ran hot on me for stock too for the day I had it on that. Flashed C-Rom and the phone doesn't get nearly as hot. Why I don't know.

I know this is lazy, and I could just flash myself and check, but I don't have time today. Does anyone know if the latest nightlies have the notification ribbon back?

I also been running ls 5.6.14 since it was released and its been "liquidsmooth" no problems 4 me .. with candy sweetner pack1 on top of it..i did do a clean flash thoe =)

does anyone have a copy of the modified 3.10 build? the link in the first post is down. I was interested in the voicemail apk and the es file explorer that the op mentioned. also interested in checking out the modified gapps

I flashed the 5/14 stable build. I had one system fc and there is still no notification ribbon. Other than that, everything seemed fine.

I'm on the 5/6 build and I've noticed my notification sound won't sound after toggling silent mode after some time *poop*

but when music and video still sound when played

I'm on the 4/9 nightly and I haven't been upgrading because everything I need is working perfectly on this build. I've been having a problem lately though where Google Services is eating up all of my data. I read somewhere else that this is likely because Google Services is trying to download the latest update but keeps deleting it and repeating itself like that. Has anyone been having this problem? I can't remember it happening before and it only recently came to my attention when Virgin Mobile sent me a text saying I used up 85% of my data which I almost never do.

Had this ROM install but had to move on, it was nice but the android.system.ui FCs were a complete pain and not worth the aggravation.

Yeah I also moved on to AOPK but liquid smooth has more convenient features that I miss

I loaded AICP and did not like it all so I reverted back to LS and now it is running flawlessly for whatever reason...No system FCs in over a day now and I am even getting my voicemail notifications which I was never getting before either. I am not sure what exactly happened between loading a new ROM and then this one again but I am glad things are now running liquid smooth

Same happened to me I did a fresh clean install of ls and no force closes until a couple of weeks then it suddenly started happening. SADS . trying out AOKP now

PS. LiquidSmooth 3.1 beta is out. Android 4.4.3. So if you try it make sure to get the latest 4.4.3 PA Gapps. Downloading now to give it a flash

If I were you guys. Just go on to the beta LS 3.1 (4.4.3) no crashes so far and still the same from 4.4.2

Hoping someone can point in the right direction with regards to my issue.

I can send pics but can't receive them. I've flashed the MMS/APN, but no resolution.

If anyone can help or if I need to provide any specific info, please let me know.
