Help Help a dummy or problem with my camera/pix

Ok, here it is....
First of all English my second language, but I hope you guys, technology geeks will understand what I'm talking about.
I have a WARP phone from BOOST and only now I notice there some problems with my photos/camera(?).
Anyway. When I take a pix it will be in my phone on left lower corner, but when I try to look for it in my phone I CAN NOT found it. I look everywhere, all the files and apps it's not there. My phone will capture the image, but it not storing it in my phone. And it is so frustrating. It will store only every 5th or 6th picture. I have my kid B Day tomorrow and would love to use my phone to do photos, so I would use "Groovebook" to print them out for dirt cheap, but if it takes only every 5th or 6th image what the point use my phone. My kid will be very tired smiling for the long time. :mad:

Please,please help me. I know you guys can do it. You help me once before

We need to know a few things to help you

1) Is you device a warp or warp 4g?

2) What ROM are you running?

3) What modifications have you made to the phone?

4) What camera app are you using?

1) It is Warp 4G
2) Have no idea what is ROM

3) Do not know that either

4) I do not use camera app. I use just camera that came with my phone

jimsmith80, thank you SO MUCH for trying to help me, but I went to BOOST store this morning and guy there were able to fix my problem!!! It is awesome!!! Thank you, anyway, jimsmith80.
I'm sure that this is not the last problem I will run out to with my phone and hopefully someone here will able to help me then.

Hi Krazy, I moved this to the general Warp 4G area where you will get more eyes on it. And don't worry about your English, I'm quite sure it's better than what I could do in your native tongue.

. Awh, it happened again. The guy in the store turn off my cell and turn it back on and it solved the problem for a little bit, but my phone doing the same stuff again

I do, but not every pix stores there

Just the 5th or 6th. So, I went back to the store and guy suggested do download one of the camera apps. I downloaded HD camera app and looks like it working great for me now. At least I can see all the pix I take in my Gallery. I just wonder if I will be able to download all those pix to Groovebook later.

OK, so you are now able to get them in your gallery, even if not through the stock camera app. That's good. Are you able to use DropBox? I'm not sure what country you are in and what country DropBox is available in.

If you can sign up and install thier Android App, you can have your pics automatically synced to your cloud account. You can also get a plugin for your computer and have them synced right to your computer with no effort. I can snap a photo with my phone and within 30 seconds have it available to view on my computer without having to do a thing.

What is that phrase mean:"you can have your pics automatically synced to your cloud account"? :thinking:

BTW, just checked my Groovebook and there is 0 pix, but 2 videos that I took a year ago. Just do not get it why pix do not show up in my groovebook account? Is it something I have to call to groovebook company and see if they can fix it? Or it is my phone problem?:shot:

Yes, turn that on. Then, on your computer sign into your drop box account. It will add a folder to your Explorer called Dropbox. In here one of the folders will be camera uploads. When you take a picture on your phone it will automatically be saved in this folder and accessible on your computers. Now you would be able to use your computer to put the photos in groovebook (which I'm not familiar with myself :eek:

Awesome!!! Just looked in my comp and all the pix that I took yesterday with my phone are automatically in my computer!!! Amazing!!! Thank you, Unforgiven :girl:
What!!! You never heard of "Groovebook"? :questionmark:
Do you ever watch show on ABC called "Shark Tank"? They were featured on that show. Point of their app- you do not need computer to print out the pix form them. You just pay $2.99 a month, download all the pix from you phone to their app and you get 100 !!!! pix directly send to you house. Trick is-you CAN NOT download pix from you computer-only phone.
Ok, but how do I fix that problem. Now I'm able to see all the pix in my Gallery, but they are not in "Groovebook"? I tried to uninstall and install back their app, but still there is no pix

Is it something I have to talk about with the "Groovebook" representative or "Boost" representative?
