Help Samsung Galaxy Nexus not charging in wall

So my sister has a galaxy nexus and while she was having a bath she acctidentally dip it in water but only bottom part to the led light, she didn't tell anyone about it and pretended like nothing happend. Later when she tried charging it everything was fine but after 10min of charging it stopped charging. I tried using her wall adapter with my iphone and it works, so I tried pluging in her nexus in my lg smart tvs usb port and it showed up as media device but it wasn't charging(my iphone could charge frome that usb port) so finally I plugged it in to my wifi routers usb port and now it is charging but how can I make it charge with wall adapter again? Wall adapter is working because I can charge my iphone with it and everything is phone with the phone because wifi router can charge it, so where is the problem?

The problem is you tried charging it before thoroughly drying it out. It's possible the USB port was still wet/damp when you plugged it in and it damaged the electronics.
I'd try any number of drying techniques; putting it in rice, silicate for at least 24hrs before trying to charge it again. Be sure to take out your SIM and battery, and separate those in the rice.
Best of luck, but it's possible you have yourself a new paperweight. :(

Wall chargers have a wide range of output current from their USB jack. The same goes for other equipment. My GN charger is rated at 5 Watt, 1A at 5V. I have other chargers rated at 10 Watt, 2A. The damage in the phone may require a higher charging current now than it did and then yours does. The Router USB jack may be applying a higher charge level to the damaged phone to make it charge. I assume you are using the same USB cord with the damaged phone for every test because the GN will not charge from some USB cords which work fine with other devices. You could purchase a 10 watt, 2A charger and see it that would work. Just make sure it is returnable.

Yes I am using same usb cabel that came with the phone for every test and I actually think that router has lower voltage than the charger because if it is charging and is being used for something intensive like 3D gaming battery percentage will decreas(this also happend while phone was fine) So what do you think what kind of charger should I try?

Chargers and USB ports are measured in Watts or Amps not Volts. They all are 5 Volts. As I said in my post "You could purchase a 10 watt, 2A charger and see it that would work. Just make sure it is returnable"
