Calendar 4.3: Ate My Battery?

Second time in as many weeks: Calendar has consumed my battery.

First time it took it from nineties down to about 30 percent.

Last night, it was from a full charge to zero - where the tablet could not be started without external power.

Both times the tablet (Samsung P600) had the screen turned off, both times consumption confirmed by GSAM Battery Monitor.

I'm thinking something with notifications.

Anybody else seen this?

That's not an issue that I've ever encountered - my Calendar usage never actually registers (though, to be fair, I don't generally have a lot of appointments in my calendar). Over what time period was the Calendar draining your battery? Any chance that you grabbed some screenshots that could help us diagnose the usage?

Overnight. Usually it will lose about 5% if left with screen off but still running.

No screen shots, but I'll try to come up with some if the problem continues.

Right now, I'm assuming it's something with notifications and will try to set up something that provokes the situation on demand.
