Help Anyone got the 4.4.2 KitKat upgrade?

Untill its pushed by the carrier there really isnt a time line really

The press release says "select carrier variants." I realize that means not all carriers will choose to push the update, but what about the WiFi-only variety of the Tab 3? How would it get access to the update?

Yeap, If anyone bought it to a carrier,I have a Wi-Fi only version purchased to Amazon in the USA

If I am traveling and have to stay several months in South America, how the upgrade will work or will not recieve it ???

Anyone got the 4.4.2 KitKat upgrade already?

As all of us know the Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 is Officialy on the Samsung list of devices to be upgraded to 4.4.2 Android KitKat.

The only thing we don`t know is when it will happen, how long we have to wait?

Ok, it wasn't 4.4.2, rather a smaller update adding knox and fixing wifi connectivity issues. The new software version is T217SVPUANB8

Here is what sprint said changed:
Location Menu: An integrated location menu enables users to easily activate GPS, Wi-Fi and mobile networks, while simultaneously checking the battery usage of apps running location service capabilities.
Enhanced Messaging: Hangouts now includes SMS and MMS and a larger assortment of updated Emoji icons.
Upgraded Google Mobile Service

All of my other devices are Apple. Can someone please explain to me why there is absolutely no ETA on when other Galaxy Tab 3 7.0 users (WiFi like me) would get KitKat? I would think getting it to WiFi only would be easier than an LTE one.

They are slow when they roll out these updates. ETAs are never announced until the day before through leaks and forums like this.

(I'm waiting for a rooted version myself because OTA updates generally suck)
