So it seems there is little info on the Web about this issue. And I don't know if anyone can prove or disprove what I'm going to say but, for some time now my phone has been hacked. I removed an app from my s3 called "invisible" that was used to remotely access my phone by God knows who. Then I had several other issues, like my contacts names being changed. Or when I'd see certain questionable people my "dmservice"would just so happen to run. In my processes there is many obvious issues. My microphone and camera are always on by using s voice and Google goggles. When I click any normal looking process the further investigations are what is scary. Like "exchange service" days "smsrelayservice". Knox is always running on my phone but doesn't apparently exist under my apps. I've never authorized it's download and it didn't come pre-installed. Knox has more authority over my phone then I do and is allowed to do ANYTHING. These are just a few of many tip offs. I have been questioning if it's the police since I know infamous people and since my rental car was stolen and they may think of me as possible of insurance fraud even though I'm not. Can someone help me here because I'm bothered. My phone heats up too much and sometimes u can here feedback when it's not in use. Even the home phone where I'm staying is acting strange. I wanted to at least get this info out there.

Isn't Knox Samsung's boot security or something along those lines? I wouldn't consider that suspicious for it to be running, or to have more control than you. It's built in to the phone. You didn't need to give it permission... It IS the permission.
Exchange service is a process of the email app, IIRC.
Smsrelayservice is most likely just your texting service.
The only thing I'm unsure of is dmservice.
In other words, I think you're just being paranoid.

Its conceivable the NSA is doing some testing on random phones and yours just so happened to make the list. Its not outside the realm of possibility.
I'd flash a custom firmware, and see if that worked. But if I still had any suspicions after that, I'd simply switch to a different phone. Crapple went ahead and just bent over and gave them the keys to the kingdom, but they seem to be having at least some small problems with Android, from everything I've read.
