I bought a new ZTE flash a couple weeks ago, it was brand new and I should mention I use the Kroger I wireless service provider, it is basically Sprint. I get the unlimited text/ talk/ data for $35. month.

The phone worked fine the first couple days, then I started to have problems with the phone just turning itself off here and there, I would be at work and go to check for emails, texts, calls, etc. press the upper button to bring up the screen, but nothing would happen, I would hold the button down longer, like when you are going to turn it on or off and still nothing, only thing that solves this is taking the battery out and putting it back in. This doesnt happen often, maybe a few times a week and I have no idea what causes it to do this.

However the major problem I am having, the last 4-5 days, literally EVERY SINGLE phone Im on, whether I receive or make the call, the phone will just disconnect and drop the call, anywhere from 5-15 minutes into the call, at first I thought I may be accidentally hitting something on the screen to disconnect, but today I was VERY careful about not making ANY contact with the screen, via my cheek, any fingers, etc. and it still drops every single call...?

At first I noticed it would do this only if I was laying in bed and talking on the phone, so I thought maybe the screen was rotating in this position, making it easier to accidentally hit the 'disconnect call' button, but now it drops the call whether Im standing up, sitting down, laying down, etc!!

Ive spoken to my service provider and they tell me nothing is wrong with the network, so Im hoping someone can help me with this.

The other problem is with the camera, this happens often, but not all the time, when I go to turn the regular camera on, the screen will just be black, no image, nothing, I go back to the main home screen, and try again, and get the black screen again, there is nothing blocking the lens either, only thing that solves this is removing the battery and putting it back in. This is not as annoying though, I really want to get the dropped call problem fixed ASAP.

Thank you!
