so i'm new to posting on this website but desperately need help.
i have a sprint samsung galaxy s4 and was recently receiving the error message. process.andoid.acore has stopped so i researched on here to delete app data in the contacts storage app and it worked for the time being but the message kept coming back. then i read somewhere try un-installing then re-installing your google/gmail account so i did that which was a terrible mistake. now my google account will not sync at all says sync is currently experiencing problems it will be back shortly. AND the contacts storage application is COMPLETELY GONE! i have no idea where it went. the contacts is there but the contacts storage application is not which of course means i have no contacts. please please please help me fix this i would love to try to fix this without doing a factory reset if at all possible. i just have no idea where to begin. my service provider is sprint but i know that will be just more of a headache if i try to contact them by phone or waiting 2 hours in their actual store. i have tried everything from resetting to turning off the 2 step validation on my google account on the computer but any type of feedback/help would be so appreciated thanks!!
