Help help please

I have the zte from boost mobile I tried to put it in download mode.by holding the power button and the volume down and it does not work at all.please if there is another way to put it in download mode please help.Im trying to install a new ROM in my phone because all it does is freeze and shut down.

Im still having problems with this phone for some reason i cant get it in to download mode.please help i'm trying to install the twrp file.thanks

The water damage sensor on my zte warp is white. Should it be red? And the sensor on the motherboard is red, should it be white? Please help!!!!!
