No Voice call in onetouch evo7hd

What is a Onetouch Evo 7 HD? Do you have a link to what this phone is? Are you sure it's an Alcatel phone? Didn't HTC have a phone with the name Evo in it? Evo 4G if I remember correct.

Let us know. We can't help if we're not familiar with the phone.

Edit: Ok, so I just looked it up; no wonder you can't get or make a phone call, this is a tablet not a phone. It was announced in January of 2013 and this dosn't have any GSM radios, only wifi and bluetooth.
