^That would be my first and only post on this forum, and so explains the extent of my rooting knowledge. I've been running Samurai for 3 months now and I've been quite happy with how well it runs, but my device still crashes about once a day. Overall I'm looking to sell the device soon, and I'm losing the novelty of the flash. It looks cool but I still get the same keyboard crashes, poor battery and overheating that initially prompted me to look into rooting. I find it a well made rom, but I think I'm done with rooting on my primary device.
Phone is not a brick and I want to return to stock rom. I'd prefer to remove root access entirely but if that proves too much a hassle I won't. I looked at the "Unroot/unbrick" sticky but it seemed complicated and targeted to users with bricked devices. I'm wondering if with the "LG Spirit Roms" app that was so useful before to me, I could reboot stock without much work. Otherwise I'm going to have to be that guy who asks for explicit instructions on using download mode, extracting KDZs, all of that stuff that I'd love to use but don't want to mess up and brick that which is not brick.
Thank you for reading. I have today and most of tomorrow to return to stock before I have to work all weekend.
