I just got a refurbed S4. It's unlocked to work on any GSM network. I didn't realize that there are many flavors of S4 and now I'm not sure what I have (besided a phone that is currently soft-bricked in Odin mode).

The sticker on the inside says it's an SGH i337, however when I looked at the phone info it said it was an i9505. I very quickly rooted it with towelroot and then tried to install TWRP recovery using their utility. Upon reboot, I'm stuck in Odin mode.

Obviously, if it IS an ATT phone, I will have to use Odin to re-install stock recovery as it will not accept alternative recoveries due to locked down ATT crud. If it's an i9505, however, I should be able to install another recovery via Odin (thinking CWM at the moment).

What kind of phone do I have? Is there a way to find out using the MEID? Thanks in advance.

My swappa results are attached. Question not answered, sigh.

I have figured out how to use Odin. Luckily, it recognizes the phone. The problem is finding the right recovery. Any ideas which one this might be? There seems to be so many ATT versions. I'd even be willing to use Odin to completely overwrite the current firmware and unroot if I had the right version.
