It should. Get the latest version to make sure.

What did u flash, if u flashed a tmo stock rom can u tell me the steps u took to do it, because I want to get kitkat on mine

This been said hundreds of times. The process to flash stock GS4 firmware from T-M and Metro is the same, both phones are identical. Just download latest T-M firmware from Sammobile or any other place and install with Odin. Follow OP. Simple

Yeah I know sorry but since it said it was broken I needed to ask. But u said the latest firmware. So do I get 4.3 or 4.4.2 or since 4.4.4 is out do I get that

Not at all. If you want to get updates thru OTA you need to be in previous firmware version but if you do it thru Odin you can flash anything in the way you like it but downgrading to something less than 4.3
