Help HELP!!!!!! Optimus G has no OS installed

I need help fast i was trying to update to Jelly Bean but it was giving me problems and kept going to Team Win Recovery and some how i deleted the operating system now all my phone has on it is Team Win Recovery project v2.3.2.3 im lost right now and don't know what to do. When i try to reboot it says No OS Installed :thinking:

Hi, unfortunately I'm in the same situation you were. No OS installed just TWRP Recovery and I'm curious to know how you recovered your OS because, LGNPST isn't working for me. Thanks, it would be a big help.

hi. I really need your help ig you already found solution to your problem. I am stacked for 2 days now not being able to solve my problem. I have the same problem as yours. what if you cannot even get your f6 to do more than come on? I mean, I cannot even get in it to turn on usb debugging.
