Root System ui is messed up on my phone?

I have a lg optimus l9 p769 that is rooted and i have xposed installed. Yesterday I tried to partition my SD card, but when I rebooted my phone the status bar was gone. I had backed up my data on Titanium backup app for this exact problem. But when i restore my phone from by backup and reboot the system ui and some other things are missing again. Does anyone know how to fix this? Do i reinstall my rom or what?

The apps that Titanium say are now missing are:
-Music
-System Manager Toggle
-System UI
- T-Moble Name ID
-Tags
-Task Manager
-User dictionary
-VpnDialogs

Hello CRAAAAAZYMASON and welcome to AF!

There are a couple options that you can do to try and resolve your issue.

Do you have the L9 recovery installer (CWM) installed on the device and/or do you have a nandroid backup that you can restore?

If you don't have a nandroid backup, but have the L9 recovery installer, you can restore a clean, untouched and no user data stock nandroid backup for your specific P769 (T-Mobile variant) from here - [V20E JB]Collection of NANDROID (CWM) BACKUP

Thanks for the respone! I have been trying every possible way to get bootloader and a custom recovery but it just wont work, i assume because my phone is already to jacked to do it. I have a complete backup of my devices files and apps and such with titanium backup so losing data isnt a problem. I guess the only choice is to use unbrick methods to restore my rom and system ui. Thanks again for the feedback!

Your welcome,
Does your L9 boot up and is operational?

The newer versions of the L9, LG encrypted the bootloader. Which makes it virtually impossible to unlock and the unlocked bootloader also uses a different version of a custom recovery... Ones that don't work on locked bootloader.

If your L9 boots up you can try and install the L9 recovery installer here - http://androidforums.com/optimus-l9-all-things-root/791293-guide-recovery-stock-l9-locked-bl.html

Than restore one of the P769 nandroid backups from the link I posted above.
