Text to gps?

Hello. Before I begin I'll start by explaining the situation. I'm a vol. Fire fighter, and we use a program called "IAR". AKA "I Am Responding". Anyways l, calls go to dispatch. And dispatch sends out our tones through the radios and we also get a text from "IAM" telling us the primary incident, the address, the type of call, who all was toned out (other stations and ambulance). Onward to the request. I'm looking for an existing app, or somebody willing to develop an app that can extract the address from the text message and allow me to open Google maps or any other gps app and give me directions. I'm not picky about how it's done. The fewer clicks the better. And prefer no typing if possible. I'm currently running on a samsung galaxy s5. Also not sure if it helps but Google maps pops up with address already typed in if I Google the address with the google search bar.

Not sure if this extra information can or would be of use. But here's a screen shot of what the program sends me. And as you can see I'm using the default samsung messaging app.
