Had an app idea but I don't really know how to develop apps, so I was looking to get in contact with someone who would be able to help me out?
the main idea for the app is,
People spend far too much time sitting down doing nothing, but when they want to do something often they don't know what to do and well, they end up scrolling through the internet or facebook newsfeed seeing what other people have done. My app would be designed to allow people to check their phone and see what other people have enjoyed doing near to them, It could be something as simple as a nice view, a relaxing place to lie and read, an awesome bike/walking route or even little things around the city that you wouldn't notice unless you were told.
I would really like to get in contact with someone who is willing to exchange ideas and help develop the app, I would also love to try learn to design myself so we would be able to work as a team but that would require help.

Hello willBoult,

I would be interested in developing your app for you. Just a question, this app would just compile all nearby information from people posting on social media? or would other people have the app as well and they would post from inside the app? I would be willing to show you how I develop apps in an unorthodox way. Let me know if you are interested in my services.

The complexity for the request come in "people posting on social media" If it is facebook you need facebook api to get data from them, if it is twitter you need twitter api to get data from them and etc etc. So what if one day, one of them change their API, then you got to do catching up to revise your code so it can work again.

App of such nature are at the mercy of those social media sites API. So unless you have a group/or at least one dedicated developers maintaining this app of yours, else a quickly released app will have future maintenance cost.

That is also the reason why some apps fizzle out once the developers behind stop doing maintenance for the app.
