Help Latest Verizon Update/VoLTE Causing Bluetooth Issues

Ever since my phone has been on the latest Verizon update and turning on the VoLTE feature...the phone calls will periodically not work with my bluetooth headset. The settings can show that it is connected to the headset, you can hear beeps, and works with other apps....but the phone application won't recognize that there's a bluetooth headset connected and send the call audio to the headset.

Anyone else remotely experiencing this or something similar?

I had this happen yesterday. I do have VoLTE enabled. I have a Motorola system installed, received a call and could not answer. The person called back and I was forced to answer the phone manually as the system in the car did not respond even with Bluetooth active. The call dropped after a few minutes and the person called back again. This time the system connected with no issue and all was fine for the rest of the call?
