App for jpg to text

I'm new to Samsung phones so if I have missed something go easy on me. I left the apple camp and have spent the weekend playing with my new note 4 but there is so much info I can't absorb it all this fast. I am looking for an app that will let me take a picture of a hand written document and convert it to a text document. I have done some searching but haven't had much luck yet, of course I am constantly side tracked with trying to learn how this phone works.

I believe the stock function is what your looking for. I think it is within the S Note app.

go into the S note app, open a new note. It's the 3rd option from the left, at the top if the screen. Its called photo note.
