Root Bricked phone and don't know what to do

I just got a replacement reverb from VM after my previous one was acting up. I set up the replacement and flashed the Party Time 3.2 and everything booted up just fine so I backed up my 3.3 rom on my old phone and tried to flash it on the new one. It started restoring the backup just fine but then CWM suddenly said there was an error and brought me back to the menu. I then accidentally hit restart phone (stupid force of habit) and now the new phone just perpetually sticks on the 3.3 chrome boot image. It bootloops when I try to go into recovery or download mode. Any idea how I can get it to start up again?

Edit: Okay I can get it into download mode only but I'm not sure what to do next.

If you can get into download mode you should be able to fix it by flashing the stock tar.

Yeah I finally figured that out. The problem was that I kept trying to restore my 3.3 backup after flashing 3.2 and that just make my phone go into bootloop. I had to flash 3.2, set up my apps and everything (and backed that up just in case) then flash 3.3. So if anyone else ever has this problem that should probably help.
