I wanted to take the time to talk about something that is truly amazing with the E8 (And the other HTC One series phones). The HTC Advantage. This service comes with the HTC One E8 and I think is one of the biggest "Advantages" of buying a HTC One device!
The HTC Advantage gives you a few things.
1. If you crack your screen within 6 months of owning the phone, HTC will replace the screen for free ONE time. This is huge! You don't even need insurance (Of course after the 6 months you would need the insurance)
2. TwoYears of guaranteed updates to your phone (From the date of release). That means that HTC will not just drop this phone because a new one comes out! Peace of mind that you will have an updated phone for a long time.
3. 25-100 GB of cloud storage (Depending on the device). This is just awesome as well, not only do you get the 16GB on the E8, but an additional 100! No need to worry about running out of space.
4. HTC Provides live chat, phone, or e-mail support for the phone as well. If you have an issue or question, just give them a call or chat!
This is one thing i love about HTC and the E8. They really stand behind their products and make sure that the device will meet our expectations and continue to work throughout the time that we have it! Thanks HTC for such a great program!!!
