Root [MetroPCS] Getting data to work on port to AT&T

I think what you need are the default apn settings for the at&t s4. you can probably find them in the At&t S4 forum.

edit: after a quick search I found the proper settings for the at&t s4. Go to settings/more networks/mobile networks/access point names, and hit the + button on the top right. Enter these settings and save when done. Select the new at&t APN you just made after saving. You may have to reboot to take effect.

Name: ATT Phone
APN: phone
Proxy: Not set
Port : Not set
User name: Not set
Password: Not set
Server: Not set
MMSC: http://mmsc.mobile.att.net
MMS proxy: proxy.mobile.att.net
MMS port: 80
MCC: 310
MNC: 410
Authentication type: None
APN type: default,mms,supl,hipri
APN protocol: IPv4
APN roaming protocol: IPv4
Enable/disable APN: APN enabled
Bearer: Unspecified

Let me know how it works out. Not sure why you'd want to go with at&t for service. Do they give you real unlimited data with no caps or slowdowns? Metropcs does for $60. Just saying :)

I have no idea. You'll probably have to redo the apn each time you flash a new rom. You may be able to flash at&t roms. The apn they come with should work for you. You'll have to experiment to see what works.

Dont flash any modems. Be prepared to call at&t if you have to.
