Hi Guys this is my first post in this forum and my first about Android. I am planning to buy a MetroPCS Alcatel OneTouch Pop 7 Tablet tomorrow and I want to turn it into a phone with an App and the Mobile Data Plan of 5GB for $35 a month.

What will be the best App to turn my tablet into a phone with my Google Voice Phone number? and using both WiFi and my Data Plan from MetroPCS
