Hey there, I'm really sorry to say this but don't get your hopes up. Though the Galaxy W and the Rugby are very similar, the roms are incompatible with each other. As far as I know, the drivers are different and it will mess up your phone. Right now the highest usable CM is CM9 (ice cream sandwich). This is because of some kernel thing. There is an upgrade to android 4.1 but it breaks the camera and accelerometer. These roms are over a year old and nobody bothered to make any more. Hopefully I can upgrade my phone to 5.0 but unless you or I make it ourselves, (I have no clue how to), you'll probably be stuck with 4.0. Also, cm9 on this phone is super buggy and glitchy but if you have patience, it's better than stock

Yh i totally agree with you on that you definitely need some real patience with cm9, hence y i want to upgrade to cm11. i thought this would be more possible for dev to do this since the size of kit kat os is sooo small and perfect for rugby. sigh.

I know!!! And the rugby smart is such a wonderful phone. Amazing build quality! I had a rugby pro for 61 days before the LCD killed itself. Cheapest built phone I have ever used. The rugby smart deserves more than this. I'm getting to the point to where I'm gonna pay motorhead to find the bug in the new kernal that breaks the camera and to upgrade it to 4.4. I'm on cm9 right now and it sure does have a temper. Its like driving a 90's kia!

I think the phone I bought was a dud. The only good parts on it right now are the cameras, battery and the motherboard. Everything else began to fall apart on its own. it was a great phone for the two months I had it. And thanks for making such a great cm9 build. It may be buggy from time to time but it sure does beat stock. Very soon I'm gonna be taking classes in unix and various programming languages and I would be glad to help in any way that I can, though it doesn't seem like an easy job at all. Hopefully someday the Apache will get cm11. Thanks so much to you and Kemonine for putting so much time into all of this
