I really do miss screen on with with home button, its hard getting used to. But its not a deal breaker. I can't wait for future development.

Does charging seem to take a lot longer for anybody else? And the non material design messaging app icon is driving me nuts (I know I can change launcher to fix it)

Yep, same here. I usually charge my phone overnight so it's not a big deal to me. The battery seems to last longer on lollipop.

If it bothers you a lot, just grab the new messenger sms app from Google on the play store. It's the stock lollipop texting app - https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.google.android.apps.messaging

Also, looks like Android forums allows us to edit our posts again! Wooo!

Yes. It has worked on both Virgin Mobile and Boost. I have not tried it yet but I will over Thanksgiving.

As long as your phone is SPH-L710, itl work. The screen shot shows that, youll be fine

Yes it will. i am also on on ndc and i already am running it . just wipe . flash rom then gapps let it boot. Might take a while mine took almost 10 minutes then reboot back to recovery and flash apn fix. I also flashed the newest super su beta.[emoji1]

Yup. Only thing that doesn't work is the camera and the home button doesn't wake the device. YouTube playback is kinda funny also. Other than that its fine.

Thanks for the information. I flashed the ROM about an hour ago and I'm currently restoring my apps with Titanium Backup. It's running really smooth so far.

Ran great for me too. Main problem is that 64GB SD card was not detected. . Might need a custom kernel to fix that. I week try it with a smaller one tonight.

Very impressive first build for d2spr.

I actually don't think it's a daily driver as of yet. The camera bug causes any app related to the camera to crash. The YouTube bug does have a workaround which actually takes care of it. It does actually run very smoothly.

I think the build was made using older source code. It still has the Miscellaneous bug. It's actually caused by Wi-Fi. It drains the battery so fast. I went from 99% to 79% in less than an hour. If it wasn't for the Miscellaneous bug, I'd say it's a daily driver. Plus, my phone is always overheating and the my kernel tweaker doesn't seem to be working.

This is actually a very nice test build though. Should help us look forward to future builds.

i like this rom but i know its need to be fix with some stuff but i have been running it and i have been getting great battery life and it's smooth but i can't wait when stuff gets fix

The only thing that is really really bugging me is that at times it shows both the wifi & 3g at the same time in the status bar. We should have an official build soon. Btw, I gotta say I am liking the look/layout of the lollipop lockscreen. I never liked the CM lockscreen before. Always preferred the touchwhiz one(Guess I am just odd).

I could be wrong, but it seems that Android borrowed a lot from Touchwiz in how the notification drawer, quick settings, and lockscreen operates. The notifications and quick settings operate in the same panel. Difference is you drag down with one finger in Lollipop instead of 2 in Touchwiz to expand quick settings toggles. iOS enthusiasts like to say the lockscreen notifications are ripped from iOS, but they operate more like the notifications from the Touchwiz lockscreen. I think that's why you like the Lollipop lockscreen so much. Android did do a great job with the lockscreen.

Isaiah is working on another unofficial CM12 d2spr tonight. Might be released early tomorrow morning. Looking forward to see the improvements.

Build #2 is up. Posted it in the OC. At least, we're able to edit now. Still having some problems with the formatting. But anyways, the 2nd unofficial CM12 d2spr build is posted. Enjoy.

EDIT: I changed the link for the unofficial CM12 builds. Isaiah actually has the builds in one link. Instead of posting a new link for every build, they're all under the new link I have posted.

I can't get lte to work for the second build. I flashed the 1st build back and it works.
