Noticed today that Google Play has the 32G Midnight Blue in-stock. (This is actually the one I wanted) I placed my order and it states it will ship out on 12/17/14. Anyone else, either the N5 or N6 that ordered through G Store that had shown a ship date however your device shipped much sooner than expected? Just curious if my N6 will actually ship before 12/17.

Well I finally got mine

I went to an at&t store to check the leather backed Moto X ( which the at&t website said they had) They didn't. But they did have a Nexus ... Course the website said they were out of stock and not available in store. Never trust the internet. 24+ hours in I love it. But its really really big.

If you use messenger will your text messages still be delivered to hangouts on your other devices/computer? This is assuming you are using Google Voice. Now that I type it this sounds like a dumb question.

I ordered mine through sprint online on Sunday, I am going a little nuts waiting for it to show up on the "order status" page. It shows my order number as valid, but only shows the static message saying that it is awaiting processing. I hope it isn't on backorder for a couple of weeks, my LTEvo is fading fast.
I went to the Sprint store this weekend and I was very surprised how much I liked this phone. I have never really considered anything other than HTC phones. The size wasn't much of an issue since it was much easier to hold onto than my LTEvo.

I have heard it said that after a week it no longer seems so big, we shall see. I love it, it works so well and it's so Motorola-y and it does everything so much better than my original Moto X ... it's pretty amazing. If you have the means I highly recommend you go out and pick one up.

It is a perception thing. I have no problem with it in my pocket, even in the case. And now my N4 seems so tiny. Even my wife's S3 feels small.

Well lets be honest, it's not just a perception thing. This is one of the biggest phones available. It's big, perception or not. That said one can get used to anything. I am hoping in a week it no longer seems as big, I mean I can use it now, mostly comfortably but it's real real big. Were it not a promise to myself to purchase a Motorola made Nexus, I'd have probably opted for something else. But really this is the best Motorola phone available right now, so BAM I got a pocket full of phone.

I am sure I'll get used to it.

Mine, ordered 11/12 is being shipped w/Friday delivery. When I ordered, the estimate was next Tuesday. They address a few days ahead of schedule.

Still nothing from google play. Still unable to order. With my N5 having radio issues (just updated the baseband so hope it works) like I mean it will drop the signal. Totally. And still show 3 bars of HSPA but will not send a message. I do fear hardware. It really REALLY sucks in buildings, unlike my previous device before it went splat.

Seriously looking at the Moto x 2014 pure edition. I don't know...

Hello Bren! It still says backordered. I called the store closest to me, and they did say that it would be a 2-6 week delivery window. I just need my current phone to hang on until then!
