I have Samsung Galaxy Grand Duos i9082. I rooted it factory data reseted ones i have CWM installed.
I have a problem where i cant call anyone from anywere normal calls/skype/viber... all of them crashes and reboots my phone i belive it is becouse i need to update. Becouse after i factory reset I was not able to update when I try to update it says "Your device has been modified. Software updates are not available". I tryed unrooting my phone from SuperSU didnot work after that tryed to factory reset again still the same thing.
Can someone help me update my phone or at least fix my calling problem?

I doubt that the calling problem is because you need an update. Over The Air updates only work on devices with original software, so rooting the ROM and installing CWM will prevent further OTA updates, and that message is just telling you that. More likely something was slightly wrong in the rooting procedure, you used the wrong version of something for your device or had a bad download of something, and something in the ROM has been corrupted.

A factory reset does nothing more than delete user apps and data. On an unmodified phone that will return it to factory condition, but it won't undo any changes you make to the system.

This is probably best handled by someone who knows the device, so I'll ask one of the mods to move this to the device forum. Though my guess is either to install a new custom ROM or to reflash it back to stock and try again (both of which will replace your current system software and so overwrite whatever is corrupted). Once rooted you have to handle updates yourself by installing newer custom ROMs, so learning how to do that will answer both of your questions.
